SALES & SHIPPING TERMS


Always Something Inc. (Plaza Printing from herein). We created the following sales & shipping guidelines with a fundamental respect for our users´ right to purchase off our site to guide our relationships with our users.



WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping originates from Kansas City, Missouri. Exact charges are based on the location items are being shipped to and the number of items ordered. All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail if applicable. There is a $1.50 handling charge added to all orders shipped via USPS First-Class Mail.


SALES TAX
Plaza Printing is required to withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Missouri. The current sales tax rate is 7.975%. Sales Tax, if applicable, will be added on to your total amount once your order is sent to PayPal.

Plaza Printing uses PayPal to handle credit card processing. Located in San Jose, California, PayPal was acquired by eBay Inc. in October, 2002.


TRANSACTION SAFETY
The security of your information, transactions, and money is the core of our business and our top priority at Plaza Printing and PayPal.

PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to our site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

Once your information reaches us, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Our servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

Online shopping safety tip: When you proceeed to check out of a ecommerce site, be sure you are on the same website of the company and not moved to another website that you know nothing about. You can check by looking at the address bar window in your browser. ALWAYS be sure that you see the closed lock on your browser when you're giving your credit card information. On Netscape it will be a solid key.


FREIGHT POLICY
At Plaza Printing, our freight policy for export orders may be subject to special terms and conditions. Title and risk of loss pass to purchaser on delivery to the common carrier. If product was damaged in transit, recipient must file claim with the manufacturer, NOT WITH Plaza Printing.


HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED/WHEN WILL IT GET THERE?
Once your order is shipped, it will arrive within 2 to 7 business days. Your order will be shipped via USPS, UPS Ground, and special carrier as needed. If you have any questions about the shipping of your order, please e-mail us at info@plazaprinting.com. Please note, expected shipment times are when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method and the location of your shipping address.


QUOTATIONS
Prices cannot be guaranteed and are subject to change without notice. Oral quotations prevail for the day quoted. Written quotations will be honored for thirty (30) days from the day quoted.


SPECIAL ORDER OR CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS
Special Order/Custom Order items require some additional time before they can be shipped.


SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.


PRICING
All prices quoted and are listed on our web site and our customers' net costs is in United States Currency. Prices and terms herein are subject to change without notice.


RECEIPT OF PURCHASE / ORDER CONFIRMATION
After filling out and submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Your product will be shipped the same business day if the product is in stock and if the order is received before 12:00 p.m. (noon). If the order is cancelled by the purchaser while being in transit the full shipping charge will be applied to the credit card account of purchaser.


SHIPPING AND HANDLING REFUNDS
There are no refunds on shipping and handling charges unless Plaza Printing has shipped the order incorrectly.


NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM OR SPECIAL ORDERS
Please check all information carefully. All custom orders are non-returnable. Any order that the product is not a standard stock item or is a custom order for product made to your specifications. WE HAVE A NO RETURN / NO REFUND POLICY ON ALL CUSTOM ORDERS. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS NOR ISSUE ANY REFUNDS.


PRODUCT GUARANTEE
Plaza Printing will repair or replace the product at its option from date of purchase. Shipping and Handling charges are not covered under this guarrantee. Purchaser will ship defective products to Plaza Printing at there own expense. Purchaser agrees that there will be a Shipping and Handling charge on all guarranteed exchanges of products. Plaza Printing is not responsible for any labor charges of parts or equipment of any kind.


RETURN OF PRODUCT
Within 30 days of delivery of your order, you may return any merchandise that is in new condition including original (and unopened) packaging and accessories or merchandise found to be defective. We are currently unable to accept returns of opened items, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery date. Please contact us via our contact form to arrange for an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. Once your order has arrived back at our warehouse and has been verified, we will credit back the product cost (shipping will not be refunded unless a product was defective) within 2-5 days.


ORDERED INCORRECTLY
If purchaser orders a product incorrectly from our web site it may be returned to Plaza Printing by these Conditions
1) As long as the product purchase has not been installed or damaged in any way.
2) The purchase product is in its original shipping container.
3) All return items are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
4) Purchaser must pay shipping and handling charges of product back to Plaza Printing.
5) Purchaser gets an authorization approval code from Plaza Printing.
6) It is within 10 days from the date of original purchase, no exchanges or returns are allowed after 10 days.


KEEP GOOD RECORDS
Make sure to print or save electronically any records related to your online transactions. This will help you keep track of shipping dates and other details of your transactions.
